Job summary

Safelite, part of Belron, is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician level. The role includes repairing/replacing vehicle glass, calibrating ADAS, and delivering exceptional customer service in shop or mobile settings.

Compensation varies by level; Technician, Senior Technician, and Master Technician ranges are provided with benefits and growth opportunities. Training and tools are supplied to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide auto glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with emphasis on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage job documentation.
• Interact with customers in-person, via text, and by phone; promote Safelite products and services.
• Act as a technical resource, mentor others, and assist with coaching.
