Job summary

Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to join our leading team. Opportunities range from Technician to Master Technician with growth in coaching and leadership roles.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and exceptional customer service across shop or mobile settings. Technicians are responsible for repairing and replacing vehicle glass, recalibrating safety systems, and using dedicated Safelite tools.

Qualifications

• Perform glass repair and replacement safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and diagnose issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite's tools and technologies, including: True Seal®, Ezi-Wire™, Glass Table System (GTS) and related systems.
• Senior and Master Technician levels will serve as a technical resource, support technician development, and mentor others.
