Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; preferred automotive service aptitude.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Auto Glass Technician experience (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement with focus on safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies as trained.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Engage customers in-person, by text, and by phone to provide service and promote Safelite offerings.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor where needed.
• Carry out other duties and adhere to policies.
