Job summary

Safelite is seeking Auto Glass Technicians with opportunities across Technician, Senior Technician, and Master Technician roles. Roles involve repairing and replacing vehicle glass, recalibrating safety systems, and delivering outstanding customer service in Safelite Shops or Mobile Shops.

The team will use True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, and Safelite Mobile Resource Management tools to complete work. Qualified applicants may come from national or regional glass providers, dealerships, or independent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate a company vehicle.
• 2+ years as Auto Glass Technician preferred; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services in shop or mobile setting with safety and quality focus.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics as required.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; upsell Safelite services.
• Mentor technicians and support leadership in senior/master roles.
