Job summary

Glass America in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to replace windshields and glass in vehicles, on-site or on a mobile basis.

You will use proper installation tools, maintain quality and safety, and complete paperwork. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred with 4–6 years of related experience. The role offers full-time hours with benefits, paid time off, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and other glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques for quality installation and timely service.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with company policy.
• Assist with auto glass repairs as needed.
• Load glass in the truck and coordinate with the Glass Manager on issues.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report incidents promptly.
