Job summary

Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics, located in Pensacola, FL, is hiring an Auto Glass General Manager to oversee operations, profitability, and team development. The role includes mentoring staff, managing inventory and accounts receivable, and driving market performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years Auto glass experience / auto body management experience REQUIRED.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours depending on workload.
• Proven leadership and track record of employee development.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements (P&L).
• AGSC Master Certification and DOW certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-level performance through key metrics and culture.
• Manage inventory, returns, and dealer inventory in market.
• Collaborate with market sales team to generate and close leads.
• Ensure staff is trained on AGSC/DOW training systems and SOPs.
• Coach staff to ensure customer satisfaction and timely job completion.
