Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team of auto glass technicians and customer service reps across airport, retail, or mobile operations. PAID training at $25/hr during onboarding; after training, potential to earn $65,000+ yearly with bonuses.

Experience in leadership is valued but not required. You will manage schedules, inventory, payroll, and customer satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must pass drug test for safety.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work up to 55 hours per week occasionally.
• Basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and financials to drive results.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service & supporting team members.
