Responsibilities

• Investigate Auto & GL Claims – Collect statements, review reports, and determine liability and exposure.
• Maintain complete, accurate claim files and document all activity.
• Assist with timely claim reporting, monitor open claims, and prepare reviews.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, and settlements; coordinate with carriers and counsel.
