ESIS is seeking an AGL Claims Representative in Philadelphia to manage commercial auto and general liability property damage claims for client accounts. Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, this role emphasizes prompt, fair investigations and adherence to established guidelines.

You will interview stakeholders, arrange appraisals, review damages, set reserves, and prepare comprehensive reports while continuously seeking improvements in claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments and review claim and policy information to support investigations.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and professionals to gather statements.
• Arrange appraisal of damaged property and review property damages.
• Assess liability and company obligations under the policy.
• Prepare investigation reports, settlements, denials, and evaluations.
• Set reserves within authority and propose changes to the Team Leader.
• Settle claims promptly and fairly.
