Krause Auto Group is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first impression for customers at a multi-brand dealership. You will handle front-desk duties, greet customers, coordinate appointments, and support internal teams to ensure a positive, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
