Job summary

GLS is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the Phoenix area to expand dealer partnerships and grow the company’s auto financing program. You will serve as a brand ambassador, sign new dealerships, and strengthen existing relationships while driving awareness and adoption of lending products.

This role requires travel up to 75%, the ability to work from a home office, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance; sub-prime experience preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local market with established customer relationships preferred.
• Strong initiative, problem solving, and implementation follow-through.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Expand company market share by signing new dealers and developing relationships.
• Increase awareness and adoption of lending programs with dealerships.
• Educatedealers on lending program value and maximize program utilization.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, calls, and manage VIP relationships.
• Maintain high dealer satisfaction and retention; track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with associates and management to meet business objectives.
• Attend special projects as needed and perform additional assignments.
