Job summary

GLS seeks an Area Sales Manager to expand its automotive lending footprint in the Phoenix market. You will sign new dealers, develop relationships, and drive adoption of GLS lending programs to increase market share.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in auto finance or auto sales, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel up to 75% including overnight trips is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in auto finance or auto sales preferred.
• Experience with sub-prime lending a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate dealers on GLS lending programs and maximize program value.
• Partner with operations to capture quality business from dealers.
• Build and expand territory by identifying and signing new dealerships.
• Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and take inbound calls to build relationships.
