Job summary

Global-Lending-Services is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand dealership partnerships and drive GLS lending program adoption across the assigned market. You will sign new dealers, nurture existing relationships, and travel to build relationships and capture business.

The role requires 3 years in auto finance and auto industry sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Frequent travel and a home-office setup are expected, with a focus on meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in auto finance, sub-prime preferred.
• Three years' sales experience in auto industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and manage conflicts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Expand company market share by signing new dealers and developing relationships.
• Increase awareness and adoption of GLS lending programs in the assigned market.
• Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and handle inbound calls to build relationships.
• Maintain high dealer satisfaction and retention.
• Submit documentation to track and assess goals.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve business plan objectives.
