Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC) is a modern automotive lender and part of the Lithia & Driveway family. The DFC Project Manager I role supports initiation through closure, coordinating tasks with stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The position requires an AA degree in Business or related field, 1+ year of project coordination experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Trello, Basecamp or similar PM tools.

Qualifications

• Associates (AA) degree in Business or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with moderate project coordination.
• Experience with IT project implementations (hardware, software, integration).
• Experience with MS-Project, Trello, Basecamp or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Support or manage projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage daily tasks with stakeholders and vendors to ensure completion.
• Develop project plans, communication, scope assessments, support transition documentation and training for assigned projects.
• Review and update all project documentation from initiation through closure.
• Define responsibilities of other affected parties involved in the project.
• Ensure communication is maintained with all project constituents from initiation through closure.
• Monitor project tasks to keep on time and within budget.
• Assist with creating processes, procedures, and training materials for project implementation.
• Identify and coordinate new projects and business enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
