Fields Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a high-integrity, energetic team member to help customers finance their vehicle purchases and present add-on products. You will structure deals for profitability, understand title laws and registrations, and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a professional appearance. Background checks are required. Annual compensation range is $140,000 to $160,000.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing and present additional products for their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Be proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain certifications as required for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, and close deals.
