Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships and guide customers through a no-haggle buying experience.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Explain payment options and help customers make confident purchase decisions.
• Provide an exceptional experience from the first interaction through delivery.
• Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty.
• Connect customers with our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs.
