• Present vehicle options and explain financing products.
• Assist in closing deals according to the sales process.
• Sell to maintain a respectable closing ratio.
• Present protection packages and their benefits.
• Arrange financing with lenders and secure best options.
• Submit deals to the bank electronically.
• Enter transactions into Reynolds & Reynolds and bank systems
• Process paperwork meeting DMV and lender requirements.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Scan and forward deals to the office promptly.
• Interact with sales team to finalize transactions.
• Participate in store meetings.
• Ensure CIT and problem logs are updated daily.
• Follow up with customers for purchased products.
• Assist Sales Team during peak times.
