Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through protection packages and financing options.
• Coordinate with lenders to obtain best available financing terms.
• Submit deals electronically using dealer systems.
• Enter transactions accurately in ADP and bank systems and ensure paperwork meets DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items for funding.
