Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in collections, customer service, or call center preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Make inbound and outbound collection calls on delinquent auto loans.
• Communicate via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Secure payments or establish repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collection activity.
• Follow FDCPA and company policies; escalate when needed.
