Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Business Assistant to support the financing process on the Plum Valley campus. The role involves handling deposits, processing credit applications, and funding contracts with a One Hour promise to customers in a high-volume dealership environment.

This full-time hourly position starts at $19.29–$24.00, with training, benefits, and opportunities for development within Schomp Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude for financial calculations.
• Interest in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Package, scan and fund contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software for unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to meet the One Hour promise time to customers.
