Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group is recruiting for a Business Assistant to be based at our Plum Valley campus in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role supports car financing operations, ensuring accurate cash handling, receipt processing, and timely submission of credit and finance documents.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a Saturday shift. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes guest-service culture and opportunities for professional development and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Math aptitude
• Interest in Finance
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer’s transactions

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
