CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is seeking an Account Manager to reach out to CarHop Finance customers, discuss loan status, and resolve delinquent accounts. You will interact with customers via outbound and inbound calls and leverage communication and negotiation skills to guide resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Professional, detail-oriented, well organized and efficient.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in de-escalation, retention, or issue resolution is helpful.
• Strong/Advanced negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background inquiry with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Placing outbound calls & accepting inbound calls from CarHop Finance customers.
• Face to face interaction with customers regarding the status of their auto loan.
• Utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to resolve the delinquent account.
