Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales is hiring an Account Manager in Auburn, WA to handle outbound and inbound calls with customers regarding auto loans. You will use strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts and support customers toward driving independence.

The role offers a guaranteed hourly wage of $22, weekday hours with no weekends, full health benefits, PTO, and clear opportunities for advancement in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Professional, detail-oriented, well organized and efficient.
• Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or call center, is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in de-escalation, retention, or issue resolution is helpful.
• Strong negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment background inquiry per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Placing outbound calls & accepting inbound calls from CarHop Finance customers.
• Face to face interaction with customers regarding the status of their auto loan.
• Utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to resolve the delinquent account.
