Job summary

National General, an Allstate company, is seeking an Auto Field Adjuster to assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the claims process in the Pasadena/Glendale/East LA territory.

The role is field-based and requires strong auto estimating experience; you will work independently, deliver fair, timely claim outcomes, and mentor peers as needed. Base pay is hourly with potential incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong auto estimating experience.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Proven skill in negotiation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities.
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in training.
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for 1st and 3rd party losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
