Qualifications

• Strong auto estimating experience
• Ability to assess vehicle damage and prepare estimates
• Knowledge of regulatory and fair claims practices
• Ability to negotiate settlements and document actions
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in complex files
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in training
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party losses
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
