Qualifications

• Experience estimating auto damage and handling claims.
• Ability to explain estimates and settlements clearly.
• Strong customer-focused communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents activities in the most complex of files.
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types and assists leadership in training.
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for 1st and 3rd party losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
