Job summary

National General, an Allstate company, is seeking an Auto Field Adjuster in the Pasadena/Glendale/East Los Angeles area. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the claims process in a field-based role.

The role requires independent field work and strong auto estimating experience, with training potential and a path to growth within National General. Base compensation is hourly with incentive pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto estimating and field adjuster roles.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements and documents all activities for complex files.
• Applies mastered content to interpret policies and trains others when needed.
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for 1st and 3rd party losses.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers.
