You will work independently in the field, applying our estimating fundamentals and regulatory standards to deliver fair, timely claim outcomes. Prior auto estimating experience is valued and training is provided.

This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise.**We are seeking an Auto Field Adjuster in Pasadena, CA / Glendale, CA / or East Los Angeles, CA Territory to join our team. In this field-based role, you will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the claims process.** **If you have strong auto estimating experience, enjoy working independently in the field, and take pride in delivering fair and timely claim outcomes, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with National General, an Allstate company.**### ### Key Responsibilities• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers ### Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.), if applicable for the role.
