Qualifications

• Experience with material damage claims and CCC ONE estimating software.
• Ability to train, mentor, and maintain claim quality.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create or audit estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage losses.
• Understand policy content across company lines and negotiate settlements.
• Document activities and decisions across complex files and lines of business.
• Evaluate settlements for regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
