Eaton ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Operator III- Auto for the 3rd shift at the Cleveland, TN facility. The role involves fabricating parts with punch and turret presses, interpreting drawings, and performing quality checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ability to interpret drawings/blueprints; familiarity with precision measuring tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and wear PPE.
• Follow Eaton quality standards and systems.
• Fabricate parts per drawings using punch presses and turret presses.
• Retrieve materials from stock based on routings.
• Perform quality checks with measuring instruments or templates.
• Set and adjust fabrication materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness per 5S procedures.
• Cross-train in department areas and train new hires on presses.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.
