Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Operator III- Crane (3rd Shift) at our Cleveland, TN facility. Core Hours are 3pm to 11pm, with opportunities to cross-train and advance within the plant.

You will fabricate parts, read drawings, use punches and presses, perform quality checks, maintain 5S standards, and work with safety policies. Lifting up to 40 pounds and overtime may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliable attendance in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with precision-measuring equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings/blueprints and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and wear PPE.
• Fabricate parts per drawings using punch/turret presses.
• Retrieve materials from stock areas and verify parts using templates/measuring instruments.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Operate auxiliary equipment and adjust fabrication materials.
• Maintain 5S and clean work areas; keep equipment in good order.
• Cross-train in department areas and train new hires.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.
