AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Manager to lead a sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience across showroom, online, and phone channels. You will recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent while driving sales, profitability, and market share in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will shape strategy, set clear objectives, and work with leadership to optimize processes, inventory, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve targeted e-lead conversions, new/used vehicle sales, and profit.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the team and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Motivate and coach associates to adhere to best-practice processes and customer care standards.
• Oversee daily operations across Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan inventory and manage expenses.
