Job Description

The Porter supports quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and office facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office interior, including waste disposal, floor cleaning, and dusting.
• Keep the production area tidy, including waste disposal, sweeping, and tool organization.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds, shoveling sidewalks as needed.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs.
• Clean vehicles inside and out after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Other Requirements

• Pulling, pushing, carrying.
• Walking and standing for 5+ hours.
