Job Description
- Adhere to guest service requirements listed above.
- Follow established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Clean restrooms, mirrors, sinks, countertops, cigarette urns, and toilets.
- Empty trash bins and pick up loose papers from floors, sinks, and countertops; sweep and mop floors.
- Remove all trash to exterior trash points.
- Remove snow for trash run.
- Replace toilet tissue and refill paper towel dispensers.
- Clean and polish all furniture, marble, brass, brass floor plates, and entrance door brass and kick door brass plates.
- Clean brass, lighting, walls, and carpeting.
- Dust all lighting fixtures and lampshades.
- Vacuum floors, clean windows and ledges, and sanitize all guest and team member areas.
- Sweep, mop, buff, vacuum, dust, and wax floors.
- Operate various cleaning equipment, including riding equipment such as extractors, auto scrubbers, buffers, and overhead lifts.
- Respond to guest requests or direct guests to appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Follow standards and operating procedures outlined in the Belterra Park EVS Manual.
- This position requires a uniformed appearance, adhering to appearance standards while on duty.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and guest information.
- Uphold a professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and self-image.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department Manager or Shift Supervisor.

- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning with equipment.
