Job Description

• Adhere to guest service requirements and department policies regarding guest interactions.
• Clean restrooms, mirrors, sinks, countertops, cigarette urns, and toilets.
• Empty trash bins, pick up loose papers, sweep, and mop floors.
• Remove trash to exterior disposal points and snow for trash runs.
• Refill toilet tissue and paper towel dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture, marble surfaces, brass fixtures, and entrance doors.
• Clean brass, lighting fixtures, walls, carpeting, and dust lampshades.
• Vacuum floors, clean windows and ledges, and sanitize guest and team member areas.
• Operate various cleaning equipment, including extractors, scrubbers, buffers, and lifts.
• Respond to guest requests or direct guests to appropriate personnel.
• Follow standards outlined in the EVS Manual and maintain uniform appearance standards.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and chemicals, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
