Job summary

Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) seeks an Area Sales Manager to partner with automobile dealerships in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will consult on operational objectives and help drive adoption of NWFCU lending solutions while collaborating with our underwriters and management to monitor dealership productivity.

You will build lasting relationships with corporate leaders and decision makers, ensure regulatory compliance, and work to exceed performance goals through data-driven dealer

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in automotive indirect lending/sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Ability to resolve problems with input from management and underwriters

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with decision makers at each designated dealership
• Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to provide excellent service and loyalty
• Exceed performance goals while maintaining best-in-class service
• Create and execute a monthly dealer engagement plan using market data and sales metrics
• Make sales calls to new dealership sign-ups and maintain relationships with existing dealerships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and NWFCU policies
