Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking an outgoing Receptionist to join our family-owned dealership. The role is fast-paced, customer-facing and involves greeting guests, answering calls, and supporting daily front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• Receptionist/Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Saturdays are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile and professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, and also make outgoing calls.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Receive and sort mail, email and deliveries.
• Maintain common areas with required office supplies as appropriate.
