Paretti Family of Dealerships is seeking aReceptionist to deliver friendly, professional front-desk support in Covington, LA. You will greet customers, handle calls, schedule appointments and assist with basic admin tasks to keep operations flowing smoothly.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment while presenting a welcoming image to customers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, email and internet.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and inquiries.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying).
• Keep reception area neat and welcoming.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Other assigned duties.
• Hours: Monday-Saturday 9-6.
