Thomas Auto Group in Northwest Indiana is hiring an experienced Automotive Dealership Biller to join our accounting team. The role focuses on accurate billing of new and used vehicle deals, ensuring documentation and contract accuracy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with sales, finance and accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain timely processing.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership billing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures and vehicle sales documentation.
• Experience with DealeTrack is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
