Voss Auto Network in Centerville, OH is seeking a dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Network Office team. You will process invoices, issue checks, and maintain vendor records with accuracy in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys numbers, is well organized, and can work as part of a team. Proficiency with Excel and strong attention to detail are essential; a background check and drug screen will be required.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts payable checks daily and post all open items.
• Print accounts payable reports and maintain AP files.
• Verify vouchers and obtain payment approvals.
• Post, stamp and file invoices twice per month.
• Reconcile statements and the ledger; ensure payments align with schedules.
• Support monthly closings and assist with special projects as needed.
• Audit freight bills, analyze vendor accounts, and communicate cash needs to the manager.
• Cover receptionist duties as needed.
