Job summary

Kelly Jeep Lynnfield, part of the Kelly Automotive Group, is seeking an automotive office accountant / bookkeeper with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on dealership accounting tasks including posting deals, reconciliations, and title/trade tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive office accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with dealership accounting processes (posting deals, reconciliations, titles/trades).
• Familiarity with a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Accounting degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown car deals
• Post car deals
• Calculate recaps and commissions
• Scan deal paperwork to digital deal jackets
• Track titles and trades
• Process lien payoffs
• Floor plan payoffs and advances
• Account for and transmit all aftersell products
• Reconcile reports and schedules
• Review and clean accounting schedules
