Job summary

Kelly JeepLynnfield is actively seeking an automotive office accountant/bookkeeper with a minimum of two years of experience to join our growing team. The position offers excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work schedule.

Based in Lynnfield, MA, you will handle car deals, accounting entries, recaps, and titles while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. A strong understanding of DMS and payroll systems is required, with preferred automotive dealership accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).
• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown car deals.
• Post car deals.
• Calculate recaps and commissions.
• Scan deal paperwork to digital deal jackets.
• Track titles and trades.
• Process lien payoffs.
• Floor plan payoffs and advances.
• Account for and transmit all aftersell products.
• Reconcile reports and schedules.
• Review and clean accounting schedules.
• Other tasks and responsibilities.
