TED BRITT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is seeking an Automotive Service Support Representative to deliver professional, welcoming customer service and support for the Service Department. The role is part-time, Monday–Friday 3pm–8pm with alternating Saturdays as needed, based in Fairfax, VA.

About this position

Description: The Automotive Service Support Representative provides essential administrative and customer service support to the Service Department. This position is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused experience while assisting with a variety of daily service operations.

Part Time Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm, Alternating Saturdays when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

• Support the Service Department with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
• Perform all duties in accordance with ADA essential functions and dealership policies.
