Job summary

GEICO in Los Angeles is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to support customers after accidents. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, write estimates, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and help drive satisfaction while growing in a structured development program with opportunities for professional growth.

Annual Salary

$32.05 - $50.36

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
