Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year Auto claim handling experience or completion of Travelers Auto Claim Representative training.
• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate work.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; intermediate in communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle low to moderate Auto Damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and payment.
• Analyze coverage, deductibles, and endorsements for Auto Damage claims.
• Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages; gather statements.
• Establish reserves and manage file inventory to resolve claims timely.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and provide necessary correspondence.
