Ideal Tridon is seeking an Auto Clamp Machine Set-Up Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Smyrna, TN. The role sets up automatic clamp machines, calibrates equipment, and ensures production targets are met with quality control.

The position offers hourly pay ranging from $22.75 to $25.19, plus shift differentials and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least a year of related mechanical experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related machine setup or hands-on mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate control systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machinery according to production specs.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize efficiency and meet targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Record production data and quality results in logs.
• Follow safety SOPs and coordinate with team to meet schedules.
