Responsibilities include adjusting machine settings, monitoring quality, performing light maintenance, maintaining records, and collaborating with the production team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automatic labeling and packaging equipment.
• Ability to load labels, containers, and cartons into feeders and adjust settings.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure labeling and packaging machines per product specs and safety guidelines.
• Load packaging materials and adjust machine settings for correct speed and pressure.
• Monitor production processes and verify label application, filling, sealing, coding, and packing.
• Perform quality checks and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records of machine settings and output.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Collaborate with team to identify improvements and meet targets.
