Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred
• 1–3 years of claims handling experience required
• Licenses: Property & Casualty; may need state-specific adjuster license within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Interact with insureds and claimants; explain benefits and process in compliance with regs
• Collect statements from insureds, claimants and witnesses; conduct liability investigations
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements within authority for first and third-party claims
• Coordinate with internal/external teams as needed
• Respond quickly to customer needs and inquiries
• Overtime and holiday hours may be required
