Farmers is seeking an Auto Claims Handler to investigate and settle auto claims with basic to moderate liability. You will determine coverage, secure evidence, and guide customers through the process, including rental options.

The role supports a hybrid work model (in-office and remote up to two days weekly) for candidates within 50 miles of a Farmers office. Starting wage is $26.01/hour with annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and make sound decisions.
• Active All Lines Adjuster license or ability to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Investigate, confirm coverage and determine liability for auto claims.
• Secure records, statements, police reports and photos to support claims.
• Explain coverage decisions to customers and coordinate repairs and rentals.
• Maintain claim ownership and communicate with customers through resolution.
