CNA is seeking an individual contributor to manage commercial auto physical damage claims of low to moderate complexity with accuracy and strong customer service. The role supports designated accounts and requires collaboration across internal and external partners, with a hybrid schedule of two days in the office per week.

You will verify coverage, establish reserves, gather information, and expedite claim resolution while complying with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• High school Diploma required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.
• Prior claim handling or insurance/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages low to moderate complexity commercial auto claims following guidelines.
• Coordinates claim resolution, verifies coverage, and maintains documentation.
• Communicates updates to insureds, claimants and partners; supports designated accounts.
• Authorizes disbursements within authority and maintains compliance with regulations.
